My Story

I was recently asked “Why do you like what you do?” A moment of self-reflection reminds me that my desire to help organizations get to where they want to go originated from my 20+ years advising and investing in middle market growth companies.  Here are a few things I've learned along the way:
  1. Continuous self-reflection is key to identifying what is useful and letting go of the things that no longer serve the organization.
  2. A healthy and honest organizational culture is the key to success.
  3. Value proposition is in the eye of the customer.
  4. A keen perspective relies on compassion.
  5. Incremental margin helps to determine efficiency of your activities and investment value.

From The Beginning

Where   I  Am   Now

My initial experience in finance with Walt Disney World taught me that anything is possible, to think through numerous scenarios, to anticipate change, and to be creative.  My experience as a competitive tennis player and college athlete taught me perseverance, discipline, and patience with decision-making.
I’ve evaluated hundreds of companies, performed due diligence on 40+ companies, invested in, monitored, consulted, evaluated, and exited 35+ companies.  I understand what makes organizations effective and sustainable.  You can find the details about me here:  www.linkedin.com/in/loreemisch/
