I was recently asked “Why do you like what you do?” A moment of self-reflection reminds me that my desire to help organizations get to where they want to go originated from my 20+ years advising and investing in middle market growth companies. Here are a few things I've learned along the way:

From The Beginning |
Where I Am Now |
My initial experience in finance with Walt Disney World taught me that anything is possible, to think through numerous scenarios, to anticipate change, and to be creative. My experience as a competitive tennis player and college athlete taught me perseverance, discipline, and patience with decision-making.

I’ve evaluated hundreds of companies, performed due diligence on 40+ companies, invested in, monitored, consulted, evaluated, and exited 35+ companies. I understand what makes organizations effective and sustainable. You can find the details about me here: www.linkedin.com/in/loreemisch/

I: meditate, run, hike, play the drums, throw the football with my son, and tend our urban garden so he has cherry tomatoes to pick. I volunteer to feed and clothe the homeless and am a board member and chair of the futures committee at Open Door in Austin, Texas.
